07 Mar FACTS & STATISTICS AFTER VS KEDAH
1) We stretch our unbeaten run in the Liga Super to 5 consecutive matches (Away 1-1 Pahang, Away 2-1 Terengganu, Away 1-1 Sabah, Home 2-1 PDRM, Away 3-2 Kedah). Our best achievement so far.
2) First time since 1990 (19/5/90 in Stadium Merdeka, 2-1 & 28/7/90 in Stadium Darulaman, 3-1) we win both Home & Away league encounters.
3) We won 3 of 4 fixtures against the opponent this season. Previously, Liga Super, 14/9/24, Home, 5-0; Piala Malaysia, Round of 16, 1st leg, 22/11/24, Away, 2-3; Piala Malaysia, Round of 16, 2nd leg, 1/12/24, Home, 4-1;
4) We won for the 2nd straight Liga Super visit to Alor Setar. Last season also 3-2 (11′ Paulo, 25′ Kdh Balotelli, 30′ Kdh Ciger, 48′ Romel Morales, 75′ Herlison Caion).
5) Paulo got his 17th & 18th goals this season (15 in Liga Super) and his 79th & 80th since his time here.
6) Sean got his 1st goal this season and his 4th since his time here.
7) We were without Nicholas (knee injury), Anwar (hamstring injury), Kenny & Haqimi (both sudpended).
